DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK UP?

At this time we have one pick up location in North Edmonton near Kingsway Mall. You will be sent an email to confirm once your order is ready to pick up.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

At this time we only offer shipping across Canada.

 

WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?

Current turn around time is always 4-6 weeks unless the items are RTS (ready to ship items) or preorders.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not accept returns. If you happen to have an issue or concern with your item(s) please send us a message to chat.

 

HOW DO PREORDERS WORK?

Preorders are always listed on our Facebook page with info stating when the fabric will arrive to me to be sewn. There is a 20% non refundable deposit for all preorders once placed. When fabric arrives you will be notified and the remaining balance will be due at that time.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEM(S)?

All fabric is prewashed/preshrunk. I do recommend washing items on delicate cycle and hanging to dry. Items with tulle skirts I recommend washing inside out and in a garment bag. For Pompom Hats remove detachable pompom before washing.

 

HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

Message me what item(s) you would like, size, and choice of fabrics. Price list can be found in the pinned post on the wall of the page on Facebook or on Instagram. Once a custom order is made half or full payment is required.
